I ordered these rocker, recliner patio chairs for the front porch to sit in while enjoying the hot tub. Assembly required but the instructions are included and my husband assembled them with out any issues. The chairs rotate 360 ° and rock 15 ° front and back,. The frame is made heavy-duty metal, they are made to be rust-proof, and very comfortable to sit. The seat part of the chair is made of strong brown mesh material that seems to be water proof so we sit in them while wet from getting out of the hot tub as well as reclining in dry clothes to enjoy the stars at night.very comfortable to relax in.These are excellent chairs. They are very well made, sturdy and comfortable. They are heavy enough not to blow away and I like that they swivel and rock.BUT Vonzoy did a terrible job with the packing of the chair parts. First, not all parts were bubble wrapped so there was metal on metal rubbing and scratching. Two tiny parts were broken off. Second, the box the chairs were packed in could not handle the weight of the chairs, it was totally busted!! Somewhere along the shipping route a roll of packing tape must have been used to try to hold it together. My FedEx man asked me to check that all of the parts were there. Couldn't the box have been shrink wrapped for support? An easy fix.Assembly was not smooth. Part D (Seat) was bent. I had to clamp it to A & B (arm rail and bottom) so the bolt holes would align with the weld nuts on E (bottom brace). The welded bracket on E should be shown in the instruction sheet on the left side, not the right side. It does not allow part F to be assembled with the bracket (E) in the position shown on the sheet. I had to disassemble, then re-clamp to bolt it in the proper position. made assembly difficult and time consuming. I would not purchase from this manufacturer based on assembly even though the final product is very good.Only issue is that it does have a bit too much rock motion to it. I would make it a bit stiffer for a person that is in the 240 pound + area.Very difficult to assemble. You will need better tools that come with them. Instructions are only a picture There were two sets of instruction and step 2 is different on them. Be sure which way they go. I had to get a clamp to get the holes lined up on that cross piece. The feet are rubber and mark the floor. they won't last very long. Chairs Look to be well built. the seat is a little narrowBought this set of 2 patio swivel rocking chairs to replace an old one that the seat fabric wore thin and ripped early last month.It took over an hour for my husband to assemble just one chair and he said it was do to poor fitting hardware.At first these looked nicer and seemed comfortable than our older ones.So far, one chair squeaks when swiveling and the black base leaves marks on our gray patio.The second one, as you can see in the pictures, the seat fabric is pulling out so will need repaired soon.Doubt if the company would consider sending us a new set.Update:We did contact the seller and they were great. When they learned of our problem, they immediately sent us replacements. I can't attest to the quality of the chairs over time but I would certainly buy from this seller again.One sheet of instructions , all pictures and no text. Put four of these together and did one incorrectly and had to reassemble. Holes in that one didn’t line up and screw was stripped. Had to use one of my own that doesn’t quite fit right. Two of the four had bent seat mechanisms. Parts already assembled and couldn’t take apart to fix. Had to beat with a hammer to align. In the end, they look good, don’t squeak and function properly but my hands took a beating and you have to have other tools and parts than those provided. The little wrenches are terrible.Box was pretty beat up when it arrived. As a result, the chairs had some scrapes/scratches on them….These chairs are not good quality. We bought 8. 1 was delivered missing parts, 2 were delivered damaged and all of them are bending and uncomfortable. Weight limit is advertised as 400 lbs (which we are no where close to) and the chairs are bending and leaning. The seat is cheap and after sitting in a chair for any amount of time you can feel the metal frame under the seat. We have only had them for 3 months.
